I've been going to Potbelly for years and have noticed the standard has really started going down recently. The last three... online orders I have made have been incorrectly filled. Three times they ignored an instruction to not put meat in a sandwichand two other times they used the wrong bread. The frustrating thing is that the label they put on individual sandwiches, whenordering online, shows the instruction not to have meat in it but they ignore it. The two stars is because it happening once isa mistake anyone can make, doing it repeatedly shows a poor standard of service. Read more
