Andersonville location: Love the location of this Potbelly and the food generally. Big fan of the frenchise. There is one... sandwich-maker thats tall with dreads that easily has one of the worst attitudes I've ever encountered in retail. He rarelylistens to my order details and I usually have to go out of my way to get my sandwich like I like it with him. If I see himbehind the counter I immediately choose a different food option in the area. Really hope they do something about himasap. Update: guys I know that these "apology" responses satisfy some people and you're between a rock and a hard place but theequation is simple, you're losing money because of this employee. The Taste of the sandwich was acceptable. I would prefer to toast the meat inside the Sandwich. It was bit cold. You could also... add more sauce in it. Otherwise, the staff is coll and works fast. Maybe more patiently with customers which dont now how to usea foreign creditcard. Read more
I frequent this location often as I work across the street. The staff are always really nice, always greet me politely and get... me my food in a timely manner during my lunch break. Today I witnessed a customer talking very disrespectfully to the onesandwich maker named Matthew. The customer was condescending and making a scene. Matthew kept their cool and proceeded to get myorder done accurately and the 5 other people behind me. I really respect that, and hope this interaction didn't ruin Matthew'sday because they handled it like a champ! Read more
Good quick service but the tall dude has the worst attitude. Practically throws my food and receipt into my hand every time. I... try being polite every time I go into the store and everyone is amazing. Except him. From order to register he is rude. Attachedare photos of the shakes we received. Love Potbelly's but hate to say that last 2 order here has been terrible experience. They won't give me my order without giving... them what name is on order even though I had order number and full order my phone app, had to leave after 15 min For love ofPotbelly, ordered again same thing, got home noticed that hot peppers, onions missing in sandwich. This is getting ridiculous. When this location recently opened it was good food and good service but lately it's been horrible.... They ruined a chicken salad salad a while back giving us a salad that had nothing that comes with the chicken salad salad. Nowthey messed up the order by delivering 3 chicken sandwiches instead of 3 chicken salad salads. They also put hot peppers oneverything even though we requested some to not have hot peppers because my grandmother has gastrointestinal issues. Way togo... They need to retrain their staff and have more attention to detail, we won't be ordering from this location in themeantime. Read more
