I went to this restaurant on 9/1/2022 and my experience was good. I ordered ?The Wreck? sandwich on wheat bread with a... strawberry milkshake. They had good customer service and were doing their best even when the line got long. The person whochecked me out still made time to answer my questions about the Potbelly app. I was satisfied with everything I got for lunch.Highly recommend downloading the app as well. Read more

Came in at 9:20pm for a milkshake and was rudely told ?online orders only? as soon as I walked in by one of the men closing... tonight. If you?re going to stop services nearly an hour before close, put a sign on the door and update your online hours. Mostimportantly, learn how to speak to people. Read more
This was my first visit to Potbelly sandwich shop and I did not know what to order so I ask the person who was taking the order.... Order a Wreck build with Swiss, pair with cup of Chicken Pot pie cup, cost $10.19 and it was very good. Very tasty but I wishedit was larger so I will be going back to Potbelly. Read more
I?ve had the meatball sandwich taste better at another potbelly. Food was ready quickly. Chair was wobbly. Bathroom was clean.
I usually have no issues with this potbelly they usually get it right most of the time but this time my boyfriend got our food... delivered and the sandwiches were not what we ordered..I got a grilled chicken and cheddar and I like it dressed up. nothingcame on my sandwich, not even mayo and mustard even though I wanted everything on it.. and my boyfriend didn?t even get theright sandwich at all. rather it was a mistake or not it?s very disappointing.
