I dont write reviews. I generally think that food service workers have a hard enough time and deserve a little leniency. That is... not the case today. This store had no one in line and 3 workers. I ordered my sandwich and told the person adding veggies twice"everything no lettuce onions or tomatoes"get home. Lettuce as far as the eyes can see. I stopped ordering through grubhub forthis place because every single time they messed up the order. I was standing in front of the person making my food, but couldntsee what they were adding. They took a long time, so it was clear (now) they didn't remember what i said. I will truly neverorder from a potbelly's again because they routinely cant get a simple order correct. Read more
Disappointed with the salad even though the eggs and the chicken was good, but it wasn't lettuce. It was... I forgot what it's... called those little baby lettuces that look like crabgrass and it's harsh to eat and it tastes weird. I don't understand whythey put lettuce in my sandwich which was excellent but they didn't put lettuce in my salad! was a busy day yesterday as they had a BOGO going, I didn?t have to wait more than 2 minutes for my scheduled order time which... is really good. Didn?t get the staff or managers name but he was super friendly. All the staff were attentive and checking inwith customers on their orders. Food was great as always! Read more

Went in today (02/06/2022) for a side of blue cheese to go with my salad because the one that was provided was half empty, which... is not an issue I just wanted more. When I asked to have a side of blue cheese, that I was willing to pay for, I literally gotscreamed at by the manager, whom is a petite young lady that ring in orders at the register. I honestly understand that it?s atime in life where everyone is stressed out, but there?s no need to take it out on customers. Her attitude was so bad that allof the workers just looked at her in disbelief shaking their heads, I offered to give a $5.00 for the inconvenience. Shecontinued to yell very loudly that she did not have a way to charge me for my extra blue cheese (for my salad) if I didn?tinclude it with my initial purchase. She definitely seems to be running the show but there seems to be no discipline above her.This is definitely an issue when she is the example for the rest of the Pot Belly Team, whom I truly appreciate!.
