This popeyes is the worst i ordered thru the drive thru and waitied more than 20min for my order to come and nothing. I went... inside the store tonsee what was going on, and what do i see , all the employees standing around, doing nothing including themanager. I stood there waiting to be asked and they all just ignored me. The manager was just there talking and talking andignoring me. While none were doing anything. Finally the mangwr saw me and asked what can she get me and i said i been waitingoutside for my order and she just said its just being prepared and theyre waiting on two pieces of chicken to come out? Really?? Not that i dont mind waiting but this qas ridiculous. Especially people just standing around doing nothing!!!! So i hust toldher i dont want the food and give me back my money she just went to see the reciept of my order and disnt even look like sheprocessed my cancelation. I told her you dont need to swipe the card for cancelation, she said no im just matching numbers ofthe card to your order. And i left. Lazy employees dont wanna do anything. Start hiring workers that would like to work , nottalk about how you cant wait to get off or what they are doing tonight. I better get my money back or im calling cooperate andmaking sure this Popeyes gets some changes done.!!!! Read more
The location is 73rd and Western. Now this is a nicely run restaurant. Clean, Fast service, Freshly prepared food. And the staff... is everything Popeye's needs them to be. In short, they did good all the way around. Thank you for your service, to all of youin there. I enjoyed every bit of my time and money spent. And now to the owners......you like these kinds of reviews?, are youenjoying them?. The worst Popeyes ever! Twice I?ve placed ordered online for drive thru but when I go to pickup and it?s not ready and or them... telling me I have to come in after I?ve waited 45 min or more. This is inexcusable for our neighborhoods not to be able toreceive good service in a timely matter. Read more
I went to this location for the first time 2 years ago when i moved in the area. In all my years of being a Popeyes customer... this location is the worse I?ve experienced on a consistent basis to the point I do not think I will ever give them anotherchance despite them being the closest to my home. The drive thru line is either extremely long and stagnant or no one comes tothe intercom. All orders big or small take way over 20-30 min or more I once waited 45min for a kids meal. The workers have badattitudes or seem stressed from lack of staff or guidance. I just left from this location. My order was a 3 piece mild combo ( only legs ) with red beans and rice, regular sprite. High... tech as this country is I should not receive the wrong order. I received a 3 piece mix spicy. This is totally unacceptable! Iwill not come back to this site ever. Read more

Don?t go here!!! When they first open they had great service and now. Don?t waste your time or money!!! Waited 15 for my meal... and when I complained for fresh fries Jasmine the cashier complained and said they were fresh with an attitude. I said ma?am Iworked 7 plus years at Popeyes I know what hot fries are. When I asked for hot sauce after spending almost $30 she said Icouldn?t have any unless I pay 28 cents. I been here for 30 minutes and the diner is dirty and not once has anyone came toclean. Definitely not a place to order from if your looking for quick easy service. Their apple pies are something that I do recommend... though. But please be warned even for an apple pie they took 15-20 mins to serve it. Read more
