This Popeyes is Mediocre at Best! FIRST of all upon entering DRIVE-THRU they Welcomed Me by Saying "Hello, 15 minute wait on... Chicken"! I'm like Wow! But of course that didn't Detour me, I was like that's fine I'll wait! At least I'll have some freshChicken. Needless to Say it was BARELY Luke Warm , NOT Fresh food in less than 15 min! Hands down the best Popeyes in the city since the day they opened and the only one I?ll ever go to in the city. Even though I... don?t eat it much because I?m rarely in the city And only eat fast food as a last resort from starving after I?m done working.Probably been here 10 times in the last 4 years and each experience was pleasant. Chicken was cook in old grease and taste horrible
I stopped going to this location even though it?s closest to where I live. I read a review about how they?d gotten better so I... decided to give them another chance. First revisit, the food was great but their drive thru process is ridiculous. The waitbehind the pole, pull up and wait, or park should be banned. Just get your food out in a timely manner. Went back thinking I?dget the same quality food?.nope. It took me 10 minutes before I even got to place an order. Had to wait behind the pole again. Got home and my chicken was wet and poorly breaded. I threw it away which was a waste of my money. No more visits from me. Read more
I only come because it's close to my house. Have had some improvements lately. But they close drive thru early regularly... literally either "register down" or "out of chicken" to deter customers. I get their tired but it sucks because it's not alotnearby open late Read more

I can say the service has improved I didn't particularly like this location from past experiences and I mean numerous... experiences. The food was freshly made so I can't complain and the service was better than past times. Read more
This is my go-to spot, but I'm irritated because this is the 3rd X in a row I've had to wait for something in my order to be... cooked. Takes away from the saying "fast food" altogether! Also, Please bring back dirty rice to your menu. Thank you. Read more
