Worst customer service ever!!! They had us waiting in line for at least 20 mins putting us on hold consistently in the drive... thru! It started a whole ordeal in the drive thru between customers. And then when we pulled up to the window the cashier wason a person called and she got our order wrong. It wasn?t even packed but they still managed to do a terrible job! DO NOT ORDER! If you know it is busy at the restaurant, why would you take online orders? Clearly there is poor management and... the amount of bad reviews should have been a clear indicator to me that I SHOULD NOT ORDER. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS! Do better! Hire more people! Read more

I love Popeyes chicken! I have never had a bad piece of chicken from any of their restaurants, always consistent. Now, with that... being said... This is the saddest Popeyes restaurant that I have every been to!!! 1) the drive thru menu board/ speaker doesn'twork. 2) they can only take cash. 3) "We don't have ANY napkins!!! I asked for extra napkins, they didn't have any? 4) there wasactually a pretty lengthy list of "we don't haves" that the lady behind the plexiglass was very forthcoming about. The owner &management should be absolutely ashamed to 'serve' their customers in this manner. You could buy napkins at Walgreens, Walmart,Dollar Tree (or, $1.25 Tree). No hot sauce, no honey, no jelly... The drive thru service was so slow, I got out of the line andwent inside, got my food & was back in my truck before the car that was in front of me made it to the window to order (remember, the menu board/speaker doesn't work) It's a shame that this is the type of business that is done in the blackcommunities. The attitude is, "Just give them anything." What's really sad though is, it says more about the character of theowners/ management that they are willing to put this kind of service out. A business owner of any kind should be absolutelyembarrassed to have their establishment represented in this fashion. I hope that someone from corporate operations reaches out &that there is some type of coaching provided. If you check out my picture of the box with the receipt on top, you see that itreads; "How was it? Tell us at..." There is no email, website, survey link, phone number. Accidental? Probably not. It had been a long time since I've been to a chicken restaurant, and I found myself walking into this Popeyes on a cold cold... day, really surprising me. The young lady at the front register was polite, articulate and well spoken. She directed me to itemsthat I was interested in for my order, and Did just a wonderful job providing service. I love Popeyes chicken but I was in the drive-thru for like 20 minutes before I could order! Secondly, I overheard everything... that was going on on the inside of the establishment. The lady never turn off her mic. Mr. Brown back there over ooking thefood, the cashier had to go outside to another waiting customer and tell him that they have to cook his food all over!!! Letalone, he's still waiting for his food and guess what, NOW IM WAITING FOR MY FOOD!!! TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!
