I like good food but the service here is very poor, the staff say oh we dont have chicken tenders, and we ran out of chicken, we... are serving Uber eats so we do not have any more food. All the customers that came right behind me feel like this staff orwhoever that runs this kitchen is not serious, like are you kidding me?? Popeyes as a chain seems to have issues at every location. This location: no drinks,no bags, tops for the containers, only... 2sides. 15 minute wait for all chicken at 4pm. We thought we were on that Punked TV show. The chicken wasn't good. Top itoff, funky attitudes. I'm finally done. Read more

This store use to be good. But now, it's terrible ???? they never have chicken ready, when they do it's certain pieces.. The... order window glass is filthy, inside and out! The baskets to hold the straws a spoons are nasty. The fountain drink machine isfilthy. I will never go back here again!!! They are just as bad as 75 Stony island!!! I'm calling corporate!!! Horrible customer service especially when using the App. I've tried on 4 different occasions at this location and have never... received My Food. Never an issue with any location outside of the black community in Chicago.. Today I ordered a 2 piece whiteand butterfly shrimp basket online. When I get to the restaurant I was told that They No Longer carried the shrimp and I wouldhave to get a Refund online. I asked if she could Give me The 2 piece and substitute the shrimp with something else. The Shiftmanager told me rudely the manager above her left instructions to not substitute items at that location. I asked for thatManager's name and was rudely told No. It was only after I began recording That I was given the Manager's name, Julie Ann, andtold to call the 800 Popeyes number. I then requested the 2 piece since it was already paid for and I would just request arefund online for the rest of the order. I was told No and that I would have to get a refund for the entire order online.. Theonline support system is 100 percent Bot extremely frustrating and NOT USER FRIENDLY.. Not to mention I'm not likely to see Mymoney for At least a week. This Popeye's is 2 blocks from my house but I usually travel miles to go to another one because theservice is so Bad. Particular on this day 02/13/2022 on SuperBowl sunday i experienced the worst customer serviced ever. the workers in there act... like they didn t even want to work and this is how they served customers with the picture of below. they even drop a chickensandwhich on the floor and caught an attitude cause the costumer didnt want it. worst service iv seen ever at afternoon shift Read more
The service was terrible, the employees were extremely complacent. I stood in that place and waited, and watched while delivery... services got in and out AFTER me, and there was no reason for me to have waited so long. Ugh. Lesson learned. Read more
