DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They don?t comprehend very well and do not follow simple instructions. My food was prepared wrong which... made me have to place a 2nd order for the same thing hoping they would read the instructions and get it right and they stilldidn?t. I even called the restaurant numerous times to ensure they got the order right the second time but they don?t answertheir phones. This location makes the entire Popeyes franchise look terrible. I ordered spicy two piece with Cajun rice. The young lady gave me Cajun fries. She poured the fries back into the fries bin... and gave me the Cajun rice. That's a no no the fries should have been thrown away. Beware Read more

This store is ridiculous! No chicken ready. Line out the door. The girl at the register got frustrated and walked off because... she couldn't get the orders right. The girl starting her shift came straight in and got on the line. Didn't take off her jacketor wash her hands! No hair net or mask on. I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied ???? Read more
This location is filthy and extremely slow. I order a chicken sandwich meal from the app before getting to the location. My... order was to be ready at 9:10pm, I didn't receive my order until 9:50pm. At 9:05 pm I attempted to retrieve my order from thedrive thru but after waiting in drive thru for 15 minutes the line didn't move. I pulled out of the drive thru line to enter thelocation. The pictures are how I found the lobby. The floor has not been properly cleaned as you can see from the dirt caked upon the floor and furniture. When attempting to collect my order, I was told it was not ready and I would have to wait 20minutes. As time past while watching the crew work I came to realize that they weren't under staffed but the employees were toobusy entertaining each other than focus on their work. I don?t know what?s going on but lately this Popeyes food sucks. Either they don?t have any sides but fries or the chicken is... dried out! This time we received burnt chicken. I will never in my life go back to this ghetto Popeyes! Their rude and unprofessional. Also their unaware of the promotions... that?s placed on there signs. The lobby is very nasty ???? where they prepare/cook at is even nastier while i was in line i over heard a customer complaining... bout how her chicken was old?. That when I left ????
