Worse experience of my life, food was supposed to be fresh my bun was rock hard with spots that looked like mold my meet was so... shiny and sour I lifted up my bun to find that the meat looks as if it is rotting. Not to mention I?ve thrown up twice sinceeating. Leave this Popeyes alone. Read more
If you order online for pick and arrive at the appropriate time be prepared to wait 20-40 minutes before your order is ready.... Also, management can be rude at times. Overall not a good Popeyes location. Read more
Went through the drive thru ordered a 3 piece tender combo meal. My tenders were COLD my biscuit was COLDER & HARD.. i live 3... minutes away from this location ..if i?m paying for a service i would except fresh hot food! this used to be the BEST popeyesnow it?s literally BLAH! absolutely unacceptable.. reached out to the restaurant, they picked the phone up and disconnected thecall.. tried to call back multiple busy tones! 8:11PM order 2 3pcs Dinner... they need to be check the chicken was like old that been sitting there for couple hours, not made... fresh we paid to much prices for popeyes chicken and all we get is a old sitting chicken that serve. never again come back tothis popeyes place. a long day at work expect to have a fresh made chicken to eat it but no eat up throwing it away. I never write reviews but I feel like this one is necessary. The food was great! However, the manager took my order (I knew he... was the manager because he was wearing a terrible sweater) and he was immediately rude as hell. Look, that?s fine. The serviceindustry is brutal especially in fast food and it?s hard to be nice to everybody you see. However, my order never showed up. Ifinally came back to the counter to ask about my order and he let the other staff members scramble to get my order together(took them about five minutes, no problem) but he didn?t even look at me or apologize or ask any questions. Just let the staffapologize for him like it was their fault. Pathetic! I?ve never seen such inept management in my life and I feel bad for thepeople that have to work for him. Anyway, everything else was totally fine and I appreciate the other staff members that had tocarry his slack. We can only hope that one of them takes his job. Read more
2022 Review: I ordered a 10pc mixed and got two breast, 1 pigeon wing piece with a missing limb, and the rest legs! They charged... me an extra dollar for Mac cheese, claiming that they now use real cheddar cheese! Yikes! What did they use before? It was notgood or edible. Plus?the manager keep showing his actual butt. I give up on this location. 2020 Review: The (African American)lady in drive thru was super nice, moved the line along swiftly, and with an incredible smile delivered exceptionalservice. Went tried to eat the tenders, they were a huge disappointment. The tenders were old...as if they sat in the heatedwindow waaaaay too long, rubbery and inedible. The restaurant has food just like any other so it is good, unfortunately the restaurant looks outdated so it needs work.
