Rudest staff ever. The clerk guy was so rude and had an attitude and looks like he doesn't knows English or Spanish. The food... takes forever and I requested some condiments like a pure honey but they put none in the order. Read more

Have ordered from this location and have always been very satisfied with their product and service-until today. Was shorted two... items from my order and when I called to report, the response was less than stellar. Employee kept repeating it was in theorder-I SAID NO IT WAS NOT. She then tells me to call the driver, the seals and staples on the bag were not broken and I DOUBTTHE DRIVER WOULD STEAL THE LEAST EXPENSIVE PRODUCT IN THE BAG. Employee made no attempt to make this a win-win situation. Toresolve this issue, for myself, will order from another location. Stopped here on Friday afternoon after we had had a horrible 2 hours of inching along on I90. Popeyes, sure lets grab a famous... Chicken Sandwich. The restaurant was clean. The service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, the famous Chicken Sandwich wasnot so great. The Bun was fine. There was the tiny smear of Mayo, which led to the entire thing being dry. But, the real letdown was the Chicken Filet on the sandwich. It had obviously been cooked quite a while, as it was dry, hard and barely roomtemp. Popeyes Chicken Sandwich has reigned supreme in many Chicken Sandwich Wars in the past few years, but the offering fromthis location does not meet the company standards. Read more
called the location to let them know the mac and cheese was bad and dry not like they usually have it and the lady was rude to... me and told me they don't make it that's how it came to where I ask why sell it then if you know that's not how you usually sellit? can I get a credit for it and she said no so I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up and now they don't pick up thecalls. Fast friendly service. Enter drive through from Diversy. The shrimp is legit... cleaned, tail on, Popeyes breading, add some... cocktail sauce - yum! Beignets are tasty too. A bit sweet for my taste but definitely a chocolate lovers dream. Read more
This is one of the worst Popeyes out there. You have to check you bag for everything because they don?t give you your stuff.... Ranch tasted as if it was expired. No utensils, no napkins, no hot sauce. All things that should be given at the drive-thru linethat are not. Very small portions of food. Read more
