The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The Mac and Cheese is the closest to homemade you will get from any fast food chain. The... chicken was delicious as always and heats up very well in the air fryer. The Red Beans and Rice is still a delicious classic.However, wjy they changed the biscuits to these flavorless hockey pucks is beyond me.. Also, I tried the Banana Cream Cake wasdry, crumbly and messy. It was like someone took the crumbs that stuck to the pan, piled it up in a bowl and topped it withbanana flavored Cool Whip. This location was clean but because it is across the street from a High School, it is packed withstudents sitting there on their lunch periods. I noticed when I was there that most of them are eating lunches not from Popeyesand I had to be careful to not trip over backpacks on the floor. Next time I will use the drive-thru. Read more
Food is always solid and the staff is extremely friendly. Grabbed some quick take out but went inside instead of the drive-thru.... The woman running the register (and probably doing nearly everything) was so friendly. Order was perfect. I don't mind waitingan extra minute or two for a fresh order. Good stuff. 10/10 Read more
Went here Wednesday first time and Am a just say this is a terrible place please go find another Popeyes location... The workers... here are rube food here is trash the workers where literally lounging around doing nothing when I came in and they don't washthere hands.. they are rube and lazy and a little bit slow and your order will get messed up always check it before you leavebetter yet don't go to this one. The food here is usually pretty good but they will ALWAYS get your order wrong. It's always missing a side or two, they give you... a small when you paid for a large, etc. Make sure you double check the bag before you leave EVERY TIME. It's always absurdlyunderstaffed to the point where you could be waiting an hour for your food. Takes less time and less headache to just drive tothe one on Irving instead. Read more

Popeye's has really fallen off they used to be my favorite fried chicken spot. I ordered around 8pm so outside of the dinner... rush but it still took 20 minutes. The fries and tenders I got were cold and definitely not fresh. They only had 3 peopleworking so service was slow. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for better, fresher, food.
