Asked for six piece dark. Two of the pieces were white. In the future I will check order before leaving. The last time asked... specifically for 3pc. dark so tiny you could barely see them, these are two different occurrences the have happened from the35th King Dr. location in the last month.. I went there today and it's 6 o'clock in the evening and they had NO mild or spicy chicken wings. The cashier didn't offer a... wait time, she seemed exhausted and after waiting already 15 mins in line I was tired too and just left. I never been to a foodestablishment where they are always are out of something more than this Popeyes. Oh and don't bother asking for Mac and cheesethey NEVER have any at anytime I visit. I have lived in this community for over 5 years and I always have to drive out thecommunity to support other food businesses. I'm just overwhelmed with the nonchalant attitude of Popeyes and I'm never goingback and wouldn't recommend it. Read more
They just need to clear the board & start completely over at this location. Customer service is horrible. A lot of times they... run out of the basics, like ? chicken! I don't usually comment on fast food joints but man... Took 30 minutes for 2 sandwich and 2 desserts and I didn't even get the... dessert. I didn't get the receipt and the fries they gave me were at the bottom of the bag. Wasn't even that busy. Read more
My order number was 39 ... I drove in right before closing tonight after leaving from work ... the cashier with the coral fish... tattoo was super nice and the manager made my wings fresh ... even the young lady who handed me my food gave awesome customerservice ... This was a great customer service experience ... super friendly with a smile and my chicken was on point too! Thankya'll! Read more
I had to wait 12 minutes for spicy. I asked the cashier was it spicy when she handed me the bag and it still wasn't spicy. No... red seasoning anywhere on the chicken. The only side they had was fries. I'll never eat there again! Read more
And this is why I never support neighborhood restaurants! Purchased a big box. This comes with 2pc of chicken or 4 strips, a... biscuit, and 2 sides. I ordered 2 sides of mashed potatoes with gravy. Apparently they ran out of butter for the biscuits andsmall containers and lids for the mash and gravy. The staff here is so young and ignorant they know no better. I received myorder of mashed potatoes with foil on top. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Instead of the young lady asking if I wanted my potatoes inseparate containers she put them all in one big container. What if one of the potatoes was supposed to be given to someoneelse? Read more
If I could give them NO stars, I would! We ordered via the app got here and was told to pull around to the front and wait. We... have now waited over an hour so far and counting. Went in and was told "waiting for chicken to drop". There were four peoplethat came after us and we watched them walk out with their order.
