Will never return to this location! Tried to pre-order via the app. The app would not allow me to place my order. Kept getting... an error message that the app "knew what the problem was" but it still did not work after multiple attempts. So, we went to thedrive through. The line was long and very slow. It took 30 minutes to move 5 cars. When we got to the ordering kiosk theysaid to wait 5 minutes. After already waiting 30 minutes, 5 more did not seem like a big deal. We'll we waited another 20+minutes and still had not placed an order. No emplyee ever came back to say anything over the speaker kiosk. The line of carsbehind us was building. Then the ordering screens went blank. Still no word from an employee. We decided to leave - feelingvery disappointed!!! Not sure that we will ever return to this location. They could have come out and said anything, like...'we don't have enough employees' or 'the systems are down', etc. Nothing. Oh, and as we drove away people were trying to walkin, but the store had locked it's doors. SAD! Read more

I saw 5 people go ahead of me until the staff realized they forgot to put in my order. I asked for a free biscuit to compensate... for the 22 min inconvenience of waiting on a chicken sandwich and the woman replied ? I can get you a sauce?. In what world isthis reply considered good business. Not to mention how gross the kitchen looked. Read more
They are terrible! They have an attitude at the drive thru. They take forever getting food out through the drive thru and they... never have anything! No lemonade, no chicken sandwiches, no fish sandwiches, no dark meat. Why are you in business? You need toget a better person for your inventory, if that's what you call it in restaurants. I am so done with this Popeyes. Never goingback. You can keep your stank attitudes. Read more
This use to be my favorite Popeyes! The chicken was always fresh and service was nice and fast. On my last 3 trips I?ve... received subpar food. Today was my day of grace. The drive thru goes slow and the person was unprofessional. I asked fordipping sauce for my 10 tenders 3 different times. I got my bag and no sauce. After having to bump my horn several times toget the lady?s attention, I asked for the sauce again (BBQ and Sweet heat). She gave me 2 sweet heat dipping sauces and honey. 2 sauces for 10 tenders?! I got home and my tenders were old, stale, and some small like nuggets. At least 5 of the tenderswere all breading. Therefore, my family had to split the remaining tenders among 4 people. Friendly staff. Wait was reasonable (they were quite busy). Wasn't successful trying to call ahead. Drive through line out into... the street, so just parked and went in, ordered on site. Also, notice "chicken only" is order on site only, online order seemslimited, and a bit odd to navigate. Read more
