Went here a Sunday in 2022 worst service they don't even give you ketchup or anything even if u ask for it worse service
Been here a dozen times in the past 3 months. Horrible wait times and half the menu is never available. Worst place for food.... I'd almost guess it was a front for another business because food service is not of interest at this location. Read more
Terrible service! Did a mobile order ..went to pick up and food was not ready!
I ordered through the mobile app today for my order to be ready at 11:55 and I showed up at 11:52 and still had to wait until... 12:08 and then my order was still not ready I was ended up late to work and the manager did not know what the hell she was doingtoday worst customer service on the planet and I will never come back to this location again I don't know who the Hispanic ladymanager was but she was terrible and obviously doesn't know how to do her job I will let everybody know about this Read more
Went there during jury duty at 26th & California. Good: Service was relatively quick considering the large influx of customers... at once time and they staff was very nice. Food was great (tenders & mashed potatoes). Bad: The menu did not list tenders or anysandwiches so you didn't know what you were paying for until you went to pay. Tender combo was $11.50 w/tax. The eating are wasa little dirty looking and no one cleaned any tables during the time I was there and they had no A/C. Read more
I don?t know what happened to the previous staff but they need to come back! Staff at this location is horrible now. They lack... customer service skills! They?re lying about the deals on the app and not accepting them, even if the coupon isn?t expired.Lastly, they?re always out of stock! I?m not wasting another dime. Read more
