The spicy chicken sandwich was actually very good. However, this store needs work. Dirty windows, broken window glass, broken... toilet seat, hand dryer that heats but doesn't blow air (fire hazard), etc. Cashier did a good job (for the owner) in trying toupgrade me to a meal or to add a biscuit, and she did it in a nice way. We stopped inside to get some chicken today. I ordered a 5 piece for 6.99. The staff was rude and only gave me 4 pieces of... chicken. When I called the store the mailbox was full so no one was available to take my call. Hmmm. I gave them 1 star BBC andwill not go there anymore. Read more
Kenosha location Great!!! Racine location, you are going to have to fight for the right to eat. Popular items are rarely... available. Don't go hungry, the wait will make you starve to death. Better service because they are under staffed in Racine. 2or 3 people running this restaurant. Read more

My son (10) used his own recital money to pay for our chicken bc they couldnt break a hundred. It made it a nice experience.
