Good spot for an ultra quick bite to eat. The food is always hot and fresh and served up rather quickly. This location is always... busy but they are staffed fairly well. The management have their associates assigned particular work stations and the operationruns quite effectively. Customer service is average, manager welcomes the guests and communicates well,, hourly associates notso much. Sometimes the dining room and restrooms leave a bit to be desired. I love these ladies that work at closing time. I get off work at 2230 hrs. By the time I get to this store it's 2330 hrs., but... they're so accommodating with gathering my order even though they're about to close. And on top of that they still have a smileon their face. I hope that the store's manager/owner appreciates them because I know I do. I wish all customer service workerswould take a page out of their playbook!!! Read more
I usually come by for a quick bite when driving back home from work. Place is always busy since it's accords the street from... Jefferson Park Bus and Train Station. Sometimes they have lots of staff and other times not enough. You do have to wait for yourfood so don't expect an in and out pick up. The food is usually good. They have thier off days where the chicken isn't as goodas it was the other day. They do mess up your orders from time to time. Make sure you check it and open every box and bag toconfirm its correct. They forgot my kids tenders, so luckily I'm not to far away and came back. They gave me more than enough tomake up for it.
