Long wait, I was asked to pull up at the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for 3 chicken tenders. They were out of shrimp which... was my first option, out of my favorite sauce, ketchup and were only serving 3 drinks. Will never come here again. Spend yourmoney somewhere else. Read more

I ordered 11 piece chicken and waited over 20 minutes. I asked how much longer for my order and I was told, mild chicken were... done but I ordered spicy. I asked for my money back. Every table was dirty or had chairs stacked upon it. They were unable to serve chicken nuggets or strips due to being out. They... had no biscuits available for the same reason. No Cajun rice, and no jalapeños to be had either!! When I placed my order Iasked for a wet cloth to wipe the table off as it had food and paper waste on it, the register person snapped that they paysomeone to tend to the tables and, ?. . .you and that one arm need to settle down!? (I am an amputee). As far as the food goes,I ordered one of the very few things available at this location, a spicy chicken sandwich with coleslaw and a coke. It tooknearly twenty minutes for me to receive my meal, I was one of two customers dining at the time of my visit. The bun the chickenwas served on was hard and crumbling. The chicken seemed undercooked to me. It was very very chewy and the breading was not atall crispy. The coleslaw was room temperature which was a bit concerning. Overall a poor experience. From the snarkydisrespectful cashier and lack of over half of the menu items to the disappointing food I was served. After eating my meal Iused the restroom. Epic fail! It was DISGUSTING! Absolutely filthy everywhere! The toilet had urine on the seat and fecesfloating in it. The garbage was overflowing. The entire area smelled bad. Yes, you're gonna wait for it and you might even deal with some attitude while you wait but when it's fresh made to order and... you feel delivered like I did with each bite, trust me, it's worth that headache. Thee blackened chicken strips are phenomenal.That strawberry lemonade slushy is addictive. Everything pictured was demolished in minutes and Popeyes is not in business forit's service but definitely for its food! Read more
People here are mostly rude and and so slow. They are not organized. They should have specific assignments to fairly accommodate... the customers. If I can put zero star here I will. Sorry for this comment. I really feel bad for their poor service. Read more
