I stopped going here 15 years ago because the service used to suck bad. It would take them over 30 minutes to get your order... ready when there's only one other customer in line. NOT ANYMORE.! They must've changed management or owners or something but Iwent in here a couple of months ago and service was nice and fast. Just ordered 2 chicken sandwiches from here. They were super oily and insanely salty (cased me to almost puke) . The oil had... horrible smell. We took a bite and threw away both of them. If someone would have offered me $5000 to eat it fully, I doubt if Iwould have have been successful finishing it. Read more
Thought I was going to get some fire shrimp but no, I thought wrong. My shrimp crust was almost burnt, then they forgotten my... cocktail sauce for the shrimp so I had to compromise by using ketchup that I had in my car. 1 of my shrimps wasn?t even done onthe inside smh which I don?t understand how when considering the crust was burnt. Inconsistent and Unpredictable with the listed store hours of operation. Open till 10pm, but have arrived at times at 9:30 or... on the day in photo the time was 9:10 pm and they were Closed. They usually give the reason for locking doors before closingtime as needing to fill ONLINE ORDERS. THIS USED TO BE the best Popeye's to order at, BUT NOT FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS OR SO. Slowest service ever and after i waited 30mins the chicken was soaked in grease completely!! That?s all i tasted and it was... disgusting. You can tell by how dark the chicken is that it just soaked up all the oil and bad oil at that. Probably hasn?t beenchanged for a month! Threw it all out what a waste of my time & money! Next time I know to avoid this location at all cost.. I paid close to $10 and my blackened chicken sandwich was horrible.
