Simply the best poke I?ve ever had. I love poke and this one is really great. The dressings are really good and the poke is very... creamy. They have lots of options to build your own and all the options I asked for came in a huge amount. They also prepare itvery fast, it took less than fifteen minutes. I tried their hot menu for a quick lunch: a spicy black garlic tonkotsu ramen. It?s a very cute space with friendly customer... service. The rating is for their ramen quality. Though the individual topping items were great and the portion are generous, thenoodles were overcooked and the broth lacks thickness, umami, and pork bone flavor.
