The burger was good and tasted like a real cheeseburger. The turtle bun dessert was very good too. There fries were excellent.... The place was empty but I was not allowed to eat there. I would have preferred a real vegan menu of non processed foods likewhole rice, beans etc. I?m not sure why many restaurants insist on serving food that tastes like meat. We ordered online two Philly "steak" sandwiches. The pick up was 15 minutes. Upon arrival our food was ready, hot and fresh. It... was absolutely delicious. I?ve been to Plant Based Junkie multiple times since they have open. They?re located on the south side of the street, east of... Stony Island. Complete address is 1635 1/2 E 87st Street. As of date I have tried a number of items offered on the menu. Everytime I go to this establishment my meals are made to perfection. I am always greeted with kindness and the employees are alwayscourteous. If you?re ever in the neighborhood you gotta try their gyro cheeseburger!
