Ok, so I was lazy and hungover today-so I order on the app mistakenly for delivery. I call. Manager answers. Super sweet and... accommodating. But outside the hut delivery zone. I cancel the order and reorder thru another app that does deliver to me with aslightly smaller order. Manager calls me back to make sure I have everything I need. So sweet. Made a two-piece order for pickup in advance online so it?ll be ready when I arrived around 4:30pm. Got there a little after the... promised 20 mins and nice girl at the counter says food was to be ready in a few minutes. No biggie. I used to work fast food soi know this usually happens and I didn?t mind the few mins. While I was there, there were at least 2-3 others waiting for theirfood. New girl comes in to relieve the nice girl on the counter and kept making empty promises to everyone else waiting. ?Only 5more mins?, ?we?re backed up, it?ll be 10 more?. I got impatient and so did others. Whereas I was only told 3 mins, it had been20 mins. People kept coming in and being told to wait. In this time, only one customer got his order and the new counter girldisappeared to the back. She did not come out for a long while. Everybody was impatient and people working in the kitchen ignored us. When she did finally come out, I witnessed a shouting match between a customer and her before she went disappearingback to the kitchen. That was when I finally got the attention of another worker who had came to diffuse the situation to pleasecheck on my order. She managed to get my order which had been waiting on the counter all this time and very cold when handed. Ifinally left about 30 mins after arriving, after placing the order nearly an hour ago. When I left, even another customerwaiting in the lot was glad to see at least one of us got their food. Oh and that first guy who managed to get his order in thismess? It's your typical Pizza Hut take-out | delivery-only experience - assuming you don't mind the threat of having your car booted... and a parking lot that seemingly never has any parking spots available. I've stopped frequenting this shopping center because oftheir aggressive towing practices - I've never had my car booted or towed, but I've witnessed it almost every time I TRY to parkhere. Delivery from this location is almost not an option as it can take up to 2hrs - they are VERY upfront about it - so you'rebetter off doing pick-up, which means you get to enjoy the parking lot and the tow company. Also pretty disappointed they changetheir hours to not be open for lunch, though they still seem to have the lunch special discount on their menu which begs thequestion "why". Read more
I give this place one star because the staff was friendly but HONEY LET ME TELL YOU I ordered a meat lovers pizza yesterday... around 3:25. Picked up my pizza ate it and within a hour started having stomach pain. By hour two of me laying in my bed thepain kept getting worse . I did not know weather to sit up or lay down because the pain was just that bad. I felt as if I had tothrow up. Next day and update on my stomach pain the pain is still here and my stomach feels as if I have a blockages fromeating anything. Not to the owner of this Pizza Hut I do not want an apology I just want you to figure out your 2.5 Ratedissues and do better because somthing is clearly wrong there. Second time my pizza has been thrown in the trash after the first bite. I ordered the stuffed crust and the dough was not cooked... and I was missing half of my order. Quality assurance must not be on the top of the list for this franchise owner. On a positivenote, the manager and staff were friendly and apologetic. Read more
I haven't had Pizza Hut in years, but I wanted to give it a try. The pizza is still very greasy and not enough flavor. I ordered... the meat lover and pepperoni lover pizzas, so you would think there would be lots of flavor, but not really. The crust isflavorless. The pasta was delicious, but most people probably do not order pasta often. Breadsticks were okay. Boneless chickenwas good, but the honey BBQ wasn't the flavor I would expect. Cinnamon sticks were good, but could use more cinnamon/sugartopping. My go-to pizza delivery chain is Domino's, and I'll probably continue ordering from them when wanting pizza delivered. Read more
Ordered food from this location a week ago (7/3) and it was a horrible experience. When we opened the box, everything was... shifted, piled on top of itself, and/or stuck to the box. Was hoping it would at least taste good but the crust was still alittle raw and not crispy at all. Not what we expected when we shelled out $33 for one pizza, Cinnabons, and delivery. Just ordered a large sausage and pepperoni with an order of fries and garlic butters. I opened the pizza and see a strand of... hair across it!! I didn't even want to eat it. It was dry and tasteless. The fries were just disgusting. Didn't even want to eatthem so i gave them to my dog and she refused them to. This entire order should be refunded.
