Charles (I think that is his name) was very nice when I called to ask what time they opened the following day. Charles was nice... and asked if I wanted to place an order for tomorrow he would be able to have it ready. I told him I would call back. Aftermaking sure how many pizzas my two fellow teachers needed, we went ahead and placed our order. Charles was very patient intaking our orders and making sure everything would be ready in the morning. The next morning his crew called me to make sure thenumber of pizza was correct and made sure our pizzas would be ready. When my colleague and I arrived the pizza was ready and ourstudents enjoyed the pizza. Thank you to the team at 5401 S. Wenthworth for making our students' day!!! You guys ROCK!!! Read more

I ordered my food before hand for a reason for it to be done when I arrived only for me to get there and literally nobody is... working everybody is on their phones texting, playing music and watching videos I stood at the counter waiting to acknowledgedtime goes by and nothing on the screen when the orders are supposed to show who?s picking up what and what?s ready and neworders they have a basketball game showing and loud at that a guy finally comes from the back talking about the game andrealizes oh it?s somebody here I should probably do my job now he asks me what?s the form of my order I said pick up told theman my name 3 times and every time he said something different he then goes to ask for my phone number I give it just for him totell Me oh we don?t have your food you haven?t placed a order since 3/23/22 information I didn?t ask him for I clearly statedthat I order through grub hub and showed him the confirmation, the status and the receipt for him to still say no we don?t haveyour food I contact Grubhub it wasn?t until they called him is when my good magically appeared he told to my face I wasn?tpaying attention at all when you showed me that stuff I didn?t even look foreal nobody pays attention to that next time say itAS IF I DIDN?T PREVIOUSLY SAY THAT WHEN I CAME IN! I spent over $50 just for me to find out ( when I got home) that my order was wrong. I went right back for them to tell me they... were about to close....it was only 10:00. I tried tried calling the next day to speak with a manager and they kept hanging upthe phone. I then went up there with the food still in hand and the manager "Carl" said I had to wait for the manager who namewas on the receipt, he couldn't give me a refund... You could cook your pizza all the way through. I had to put my pizza in the oven to finish cooking before eating. I also asked... for lite sauce and received more sauce than normal Read more

An easy "go to" when you want something quick. The custom service today was Awesome! I have never had an issue but today I... wasn't feeling well and the young lady there was very helpful in trying to get my order made quickly so I could get home. Thanksfor your help! Read more

I went in there from ordering online through the mobile app. Upon entering, I was standing behind 1 customers and 2 were sitting... down. The customer ahead of me finished her order. Then the customer sitting down (not in line) went ahead in front of me eventhough I was next. The person running the register didn?t care to tell this customer to wait since she wasn?t in line. Secondly,the employee at the front gave me a hard attitude when I asked about my chicken because I didn?t see an employee grab it fromThe back. The chicken I got was fine but the pizza was undercooked for both of my pizzas. The dough was extremely soft on thebottom. I literally had to recook the food once I got home just so the pizza can be cooked evenly. Also, the pizza wasn?t evencut completely. I had to cut more than half the pizza myself. I?m completely dissatisfied with everything that I missed fromPizza Hut especially with you guys spending all that money in advertising on that cheesy pull apart pizza that I tried to enjoy. Read more
