Ordered a2 pizzas. They gave them away. Apparently, a delivery driver took it by accident . They didn?t know until I came at the... appointed time. Go elsewhere. Why would you trust these guys? pizza when anyone off the street has unsupervised access to yourpizza? Let?s hope they?re professional enough to refund the full amount on time. Read more
Came here 10/09/2022 around 6:30pm to pick up an order for a UberEats customer. The pick up window cashier ( a tall middle age,... medium build white male) had a nasty attitude and was very disrespectful and belittling. As he handed me the order he said witha nasty tone that I need to confirm the order! (He held the order hostage until I confirmed the order). Which he said in amanner like I'm a child. We gig workers know the procedure to confirm an order as it is required in order to know the deliveryaddress. I respond to him and said a few things and that Im not a child as I took the order. He then sticks his head out thewindow and calls me an A-hole and that he is going to get me banned on the UberEats platform which was funny. I have a full-timejob making 65k and don't rely on delivering food. I then called and spoke to the store manager to report this foul employee. Heneeds to work dishwasher if he doesn't know how to have customer service. Read more

Super yummy! Got a giant slice of pie through the service window for $6, best pizza I?ve had in years.
Nothing more delightful than a topping of attitude with your pizza. Pizza is good but their boxes are from the Dollar Tree?... Hate having my hands cover with sauce because their boxes are thin as paper. ??????????????? We had a bad food experience, but it was our only bad experience from here, and I have been coming here for 20 years. Nothing... made us sick but the deep dish was just really thin and kinda burnt. However, Devon (I hope I spelled that right) was very kindand understanding and we worked something out. Great customer service. Maybe we just got a flop pizza but it?s definitely betterto just go and eat at the Pizanos dine-in restaurants. Read more
Great deep dish pizza. We ordered the cheese and sausage pizza, mozzarella sticks, and a salad. I could not stop eating the deep... dish pizza. The mozzarella sticks were perfectly cooked and cheese pulled apart like on commercials. The salad was delicious aswell. Prices were fair, dress is casual, and staff is friendly. Read more
If you thought Nature Valley bars were crunchy and crumby WELL buckle up because this pizza is next level crunchy and crumby. I... thought pizza couldn?t be bad but this place sure proved me wrong! The staff was also rude and not very helpful? there were nomenus available anywhere. I took maybe two bites of the pizza and threw it away.
