This staff is SO BRILLIANT and hard-working I was amazed. I needed a reprint of a receipt and even though we had trouble finding... it, they didn't rest until they found it in their system. Most workers say, "sorry, we can't reprint it" without trying toohard. Peet's staff went above and beyond to find it. Very caring and extraordinary workers! Read more

First. I cannot believe how delicious the latte is. I can actually taste the bean flavor--i never realized it was missing... until we started making lattes at home. At other coffee shops, the lattes taste like water, what's the point? Everyone thatworks here is nice and friendly. They treat you like you are a human being vs the austentatious attitude Starbucks gives off. I just want a coffee in a nice atmosphere. ? Read more
