Wee seen on chicagos best that this was the best thin crust. Well its nice and thin but bland as hell no spice in suasage no... tast very drie. So we ate and got up and freaked out when we were paying. The waiter took our credit card to the bak in thekitchen to swipie the card ! Then we noticed no cash register no were in the restuarnt its in the kitchen yes i said thekitchen! Im sorry not in this time and life!! Is anyone going to take my credit catd to onether room. We had heard of Pat's Pizza and decided to give it a shot last weekend. While the Pizza was fine, mainly because of the crust I... still cannot give this place more than one star because of the service. They might make decent pizzas but that doesn't matter ifyou simply don't receive what you ordered? When I confronted the server who messed up our order he simply gave me the toppingson the side! Mmmhhhh?!? If I want my toppings on the side then I don't need to order a pizza in the first place! We also werenot offered a compensation for the ruined order. In the end there are better pizza places in Chicago like Coalfire or CraftPizza, just skip this one!!! Read more
Great crispy pizza crust...! The baked goat cheese appetizer was also good. :) ----- Caution: Tonight, I was asked to pay ~$5... more than the total price listed on their website as "we were dining in". According to the waitress who was helping us, thedine-in & take-out prices in Pat's are different with dining in being more expensive! Eventually and after I talked to themabout the check, they threw in a $5 discount coupon, but that misses the point: I had never seen this issue in any restaurant,ever! Thinking of setting a price difference (and assuming it is legit), it should actually be the other way around; I can thinkof a million reasons why they should be encouraging people to dine in, by making it cheaper... The best thin crust, its seriously paper thin yet so full of flavor! Plenty of other apps and entree?s to choose from if youre... not feeling like pizza, like their fresh pastas! Always have great service, Mark is always making sure every guest is satisfiedand happy. This place truly feels like a hidden gem in Chicago. Read more
The Best! Try the Quattro formaggi thin crust!(comes with crushed garlic!) All their thin crust, pan and stuffed pizzas are... true Chicago pizzas. And they're pastas are terrific. Read more
