Reviews for Pars Cove Restaurant in Chicago, IL
Visited this hidden gem on a whim, and had an excellent time! The owner and staff were extremely friendly and the tucked away... restaurant is surprisingly spacious. The food was delicious and the vegetarian platter was phenomenal. The menu was supergluten-free friendly as well! Overall the meal was some of the best Persian food ive had and we were delighted by the roses wewere gifted at the end. Read more
We tried the kabab platter for 2. You can get a set menu soup, salad, main course and sweet. The chicken and shrimp was salty... but they compensated us with $10 off the bill. Over all it’s a nice place. Read more

This is my first google review ever, but I felt compelled because of how amazing our experience was. The location is a cozy,... romantically lit spot partially underground but with beautiful skylight windows. And the decor matches the vibe perfectly, inviting and unique. Max greeted us warmly and was eager to answer any questions about the menu or specific dishes. He suggesteda wine for us to share, and brought out a vase of pink flowers for the table! We split a vegetarian platter for 2, as well asthe walnut pomegranate chicken. It comes with an appetizer sampler including olive tapenade, baba ghanoush, humus, warm pitabread, potato salad, stuffed grape leaves, and a tomato cucumber salad. All amazing, refreshing, and full of flavor! As for themain course, the chicken was tender and the spices were balanced perfectly with the slight sweetness of the walnut pomegranatesauce. The vegetarian dishes were equally wonderful. Dessert included a buttery carrot pound cake with vanilla bean ice creamtopped with cinnamon powder and honey. I’m sad to say that I’ve never thought of such a perfect combination. When we askedfor the check, Max presented each of us with a red rose!! The service here cannot be beat, and we all left with a huge smile anda promise to come back asap. All around a memorable experience and so far my FAVORITE restaurant in the city. Thanks Max!!!
