The pizza was delicious but on this day June 8th 2022 at 4:45 p.m. I picked up my pizza and the young lady that was at the front... desk had an attitude that when I asked her questions about the size of the pizzas she kept rolling her eyes. Extremely badcustomer service. She needs to be properly trained on customer service skills and how to greet your customer when they walk intothe store. Where to begin? After waiting over an hour for my order, the tracker said it was delivered. I checked my stoop and saw nothing.... I checked the other stoops orders sometimes get placed and nothing. Walked entire complex and found no pizza. Called the storeto tell them it was never delivered and was connected with a rude, less than helpful manager. Driver claims he called my cell atdelivery (which is a lie) and handed the pizza to a woman at the residence (which was not possible), which meant there wasnothing that could be done. Since the delivery driver dropped off the pizza, it was a final sale. Didnt offer anything to makeit right, which could have been a refund or remake the order. I guess in the history of pizza delivery a pizza has never beendelivered to the wrong address. The manager was dismissive of the entire conversation, deflected saying another manager willcall (which I will not hold my breath), and just could not be bothered with any sort of customer service. I ordered 3 pizzas from their website and it said it would take 30-40 mins max. I didn?t get my pizzas until an hour and a half... later. I tried calling this location over 10 times and they refused to answer my calls, I had someone else in my household callthem from their phone and this location answered immediately on the first call, so I believe they may have been monitoring callsand deciding when to answer and when not ignore calls. Finally as my pizza was being delivered someone answered my call at thislocation and when I asked to speak to the manager the woman (with an accent) refused then transferred me to some phone line thathung up in my face. I tried to tell the store manager about this, but instead- she wanted to argue with me and be dismissive and disrespectful. So... this is the review- be careful to not eat the metal shavings when ordering from here. When you try to report it, you?ll get anemail and a phone call in dismissive tones. Read more
I wish I could put zero stars but unfortunately I have to pick at least one star to write a review. Terrible service. I asked... for a heart shaped pizza and they gave me a worst pizza then what they normally give. End I payed extra for a heart shapedpizza. Waste of money. And waste of time. Read more
Took a hour and 20 minutes for delivery---the original estimate given was 38 minutes. When called was told their system showed 1... 1/2 hour estimate and they couldn't explain why online order was different or why it had showed that it was out for delivery formost of that time. Couldn't give an estimate of when it would arrived, but assured by manager would be hot. When finally arrivedpizza was warm at best--breadsticks had completely cooled and oil congealed. I'm always willing to give benefit of doubt fortraffic, etc. and delivery usually takes an extra 10 minutes beyond estimated time--but disappointed by customer service andresponse from store. I used to order from this location and was always satisfied but recently I started receiving some bad quality pizzas. The other... week I ordered a pizza and asked for it to be cut in squares but when it arrived it was cut in triangles and they were verysloppy triangles. Then this week I ordered another thinking alright maybe it was just a one time thing and when the pizzaarrived it was the most sloppiest I have ever seen. 1. It was cut in squares on one end and on the other it turned intotriangles. 2. It arrived cold. 3. They're "signature sauce" arrived cold. I dont know what happened to this location but itscomplete garbage and bogus. I suggest buying elsewhere like Coluta's. They're pizza is amazing. Btw I attached pictures of thegarbage I received. Ordered via the PJs website (pizza, cinnamon dessert thing, and a 2L of ROOT BEER). Pizza was on time and hot, BUT they sent a... 2L of Pepsi?which I am not a fan of. So, I asked the driver (DoorDasher) and he was like ?that?s what they gave me *shrug*? So Icalled the store and an extremely rude, dismissive woman answered the phone and when I asked about the Root Beer, she was like?Out of Root Beer, so we sent Pepsi.? I just don?t understand why they didn?t call and give me some sort of option. She offeredto put a credit for a future order, but after her dismissive attitude and the driver begging for a tip before the food was evenfinished cooking (I selected a 20% tip when I paid, but I guess he couldn?t see that), I said I wouldn?t be eating here againand she hung up on me. From the person on the phone (idk if it was a manager, but when I called back asking for one, it was thesame woman) to the driver complaining about delivery time and tip, this was a TERRIBLE experience, even though I enjoyed thepizza.
