Very rude customer service, a mistake was made on our order and instead of being refunded with courtesy we get attitude from the... cashier and the driver who literally threw our food at the door. Unnecessary argument over a simple mistake from their side.Inaddition, they wanted the mistaken order back as if we aren't still in a pandemic, for what purpose who knows. Read more

Today 03/01/2020, I ordered a pizza online and when I opened the box, this is what I found ..... the chili seemed to be bitten,... I may be wrong, but how can I be sure of that? Another part of the chili was not in the box and when I called customer servicethe answer was "The chili is free". Could someone explain to me?. They messed up my elderly grandfathers order, he had a large with extra everything with a Pepsi, they brought a medium pizza, no... extra toppings and No Pepsi.... But he was charged for it. Then when we called they said "well I'm pretty sure it was a largeand I'm pretty sure he wasn't charged for the Pepsi". Well I'm pretty sure ill call corporate because it was a medium and he wascharged for a large and a Pepsi with no extra toppings. Just ridiculous service. Never again Read more
No complaints here. I've always liked Papa John's pizza but this location has a special that makes my love them. $5 small pizza... and a 20oz drink. It maybe a small but its not small at all. For lunch I get stuffed. I love the crust and the buttery garlicsauce they give you for dipping! Highly recommend the lunch special. Read more
