I would give it negative stars if I could. Worst Panera in the city. In no world should a grilled cheese (a piece of cheese... between two pieces of toasted bread) and soup (which is premade) take 30 minutes to make. They had a line nearly out the doorwaiting to pick up orders. ?But there?s a shortage of people?. No this was location fully staffed. I would rather have spent thetime raising the cow to get the cheese, getting all of the ingredients from the wild, and took the time to make it myself.Probably would?ve taken less time. -5 out of 5 stars. The face of this location - the woman who primarily deals with morning customers - consistently treats me with disdain. She... nearly assaulted me in a failed attempt to prevent me from taking the manager's business card from a stack at the register. Thisis really confounding, because I've done nothing but say hello, smile, and leave tips for my morning coffee. She is clearly notfit to deal with customers - yet management is fully aware and approving of her bad attitude and mistreatment of yours truly. Read more

So I originally ordered on line a squash soup and grilled cheese. I called back to order only a grilled cheese and she... duplicated my entire order smh. I asked for a duplicate on the sandwich only. Now they won?t do a refund and claim it was myfault because I confirmed the order. NO!!! I confirmed a second sandwich ONLY!!! Then they added hummus on the sandwich and saidbecause I didn?t request it on the side that they placed it on the sandwich. I ate one sandwich it wasn?t good at all with thehummus added. Crazy huh! I am not satisfied with the service in this location anymore. I am vegetarian, and today I ordered for Margherita Flatbread... Pizza, but they brought me chickens and bacon pizza.
