The owner and wait staff were very attentive and engaging and the food was absolutely amazing. In fact, I highly recommend the... mussels in garlic and white wine sauce, not to mention lobster and mushroom ravioli. My girlfriend suggested this place in the South Loop and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was delicious! The place was... really cute and 2 hours parking is free. However, we stayed over 3 hours and had to pay $12. That just means we were having agreat time! The reason why I gave only 4 stars was because the manager was screaming to other workers right next to our table.Non stop. We weren't sure if he was speaking to us and we had to stop mid sentence in our conversations multiple times toaccommodate to his screaming just so we can hear ourselves talk again. Other than that, the food was delicious. A little stingyon the wine. So next time I might not order wine for the amount of money I paid. We got the stuffed clams, calamari, linguinedi mare, carbonara, white fish and shared a dessert. Everything was delicious and we had enough to bring home. I would go backagain for the food alone but no wine next time. If you're in the neighborhood and loves Italian food, definitely give this placea try! Read more
Needed a place to eat dinner on a Sunday night and boy were we in luck! The atmosphere is very trendy and cute (definitely... instagrammable). The food was reasonably priced, super yummy, and the portions were HUGE! Service was great as well. Found a newfavorite, will definitely be back! Read more
Wonderful food in a delightful setting! Our group of four had a fantastic time catching up over dinner here. The Candied Maple... Walked in this restaurant on a Sunday Night just looking for a place to have dinner. The atmosphere was great. Real welcoming... and open. The presentation of the servers and food was amazing. My POF date took me out to Pacino’s and I give this restaurant 1 Million stars! The restaurant is high end and very nice... inside but we ate outdoors and everything was nice and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous to us! Their service wasimpeccable and that was a beautiful first experience for me. I had never eaten outdoors at a nice restaurant. The foodpresentation was amazingly beautiful and so delicious! I ordered a Salmon alla safron dish with freshly steamed vegetables andit was really good! My date ordered a shrimp alfredo dish and he enjoyed his meal a lot! I also ordered this extremely uniqueMaple Bacon Bourbon drink! It was strong and sweet but I diluted it and drunk water with it! I’m not a drinker, so it wasall new to me. Something uniquely different! I think I was more inquisitive about the drink being garnished with bacon. I wasjust tickled pink by that! This was my first time trying Bourbon. I just love trying uniquely new things! What a beautifulexperience for me and the ambiance was everything! I want to go back to that restaurant as a regular! Food was not as described on menu, my pasta carbonara which was supposed to be made with an egg and pecorino sauce was douced in... a bland and overly creamy Alfredo sauce. When I asked the waiter about it, he claimed that all pasta including carbonara hadcreme in it and said "google it". This is obviously not true. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning. Read more
