Best African food I've had so far in the city. The chicken cooked and seasoned to perfection!

I ordered yam porridge and paid $17 and received yam with mediocre sauce (seasoning wasn't right), my beef and chicken tasted... days old and dry like jerky. They put sauce on top to maybe soften meat. Long story short the lady in kitchen should ask heraunty or mom to remind her what traditional Nigerian food taste like. This isn't it! I've had better meals off street vendors inNigeria. Very disappointing! Maybe it was my meal of choice Read more

Always get their Jollof Rice. Super good, if you call and place an order it only takes about 15 minutes to get your food.

Me as a trans person came into the restaurant feeling uncomfortable the service was rude and I paid 23 dollars froe crumbs.... spoonful of agusi that I had was delicious. Id rather take my business to a restaurant who values their costumers. I am nevergoing to Nigerian cuisine again Read more

Hello so today I took a leap out on faith and tried Osas food after traveling all the way up north to my normal Nigerian cuisine... (Nigerian Kitchen) which is closed on Tuesday so I saw Osas was only 2 mins away. I called my order in over the phone and it wasbeing begged upon me walking in . First and foremost it smelled horrible inside , thank god i had on a mask . Secondly if lookscould kill , I?ll be dead . She looked at me like I was someone who if she didn?t want the money would not service me as if Ihad did something wrong to her .I then noticed it was a fridge with bottled sodas in the lobby so I proceeded to grab one beforeI totaled out and she kinda sped up in front of me to prevent me from touching her fridge. I paid via credit card it?s anadditional 2.00 up-charge for that . I went to sign receipts and upon completing my purchase and she kind of snatched it off thecounter . I grabbed my bags said thank you and she never responded . I got to the car and opened my food and the joloff ricesmelled burnt but wasn?t bad , plantines were good and the two proteins I got was fish and goat meat . There?s no doubt the goatmeat was extremely old. I couldn?t even chew it . I know you are saying ?Why didn?t you return it etc ? I always say this is thebetter way to get justice when businesses mistreat you rather then a refund in some instances . I hope this owner change the wayshe treats her customers in the future. I normally don't write reviews but this place was the worst place i have ever been too...I came here because my daughter wanted... to try fu fu, the first red flag was the smell when I walked in. I should have walked out when I heard the microwave. The foodwas terrible I ordered fish chicken and goat. The goat looked as if it had been reheated several times, they didn't give us fishI actually don't know what it was. And I couldn't even bare to try the chicken. All of our food was warmed up in the microwave.I've never had Nigerian food but I know good food and this wasn't it. I don't even know how they are able to do business!!! Ibasically donated $38....I wish I would've done more research and found a better restaurant with quality food to try. One starbecause I can't give zero!!! Read more

A very authentic take of Nigerian cuisine. Their food is full of spices, be careful cause it can be hot! Try to eat the Nigerian... way: with hands to pull on the yam and Amala and dip them on the soup ???????? Read more
