At first, when you open the door, it seems a little sketchy. You have to then walk up stairs to get to the restaurant. Once... you go into the restaurant it is nice. The food is very good. Everything we ordered had its own individual flavor. The softshell crab was outstanding. We also ordered several beef and chicken dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. We wish we could haveordered other items, but we just couldn't eat anymore. That was the only disappointing thing. Lol The service was good, but weare fairly easy to accommodate. Our waiter was attentive, but not so much after the food arrived. Which is fine. If we reallyneeded something, we would have "flagged" him down. If you want to enjoy or try an extensive authentic Chinese restaurant, thisis it. Read more

Unless you are Chinese. You won't get served. Our group of 5 arrived on a Thursday at 11 pm. We sat down and our order was taken... about 30 minutes later. Some water brought to us about 11:45. Now about an hour after we sat down 2-3 large groups of Chinesepeople came in. Within 20 minutes they had their food. Around 1 am they bring us our food. Groups came in an hour after us, hadalready eaten and left by the time our food even came. One lady in our group never even got her food and they still tried tocharge us for it. The food was delicious. Or maybe I was just hungry after waiting 2 hours. Read more

We order price from late menu, but they charge us for the original prices which is double. When we told them they argue when us... and kept saying we are liars. We told them to check their cameras to see if we are lying are not. They finally lower the pricesbut higher than the late menu prices by couple dollars which is unbelievable. They said prices increase since Covid but theyshould of tell us from the beginning… we were getting annoyed so end up paying. This is just upsetting! Read more

Since moving to Chicago this is one of our favorite restaurants. One night it came in, and didn't know what I wanted to order. I... had an idea but I didn't see it on the menu. The gentleman asked me what I wanted and custom-made dinner for me. The food isalways good. The service is always excellent. This is easily one of the best places to eat in Chinatown! Read more

I don’t EVER write reviews but this place has finally caused me to do so. I had gone in to this restaurant with my boyfriend... and was ignored completely for 5 minutes and finally got noticed and got sat in the back. We had waited to get drinks andmenu’s. We had finally gotten menu’s and left again. We had waited 15 minutes to get our order taken but I thought perhapswe needed to go up and order. I had gotten up and spoke to another table and asked how they ordered and they said the waitercame to the table. I went up and asked if we could order and was ignored and went and sat back down. Someone finally came totake our order. She took it and we waited for another 15 minutes only for our food to come out cold. At this point my boyfriendand gotten up and asked for boxes and the check. Again he was ignored and he came and sat back down. They brought boxes and nocheck. A few minutes later brought the check. We got up again and paid. I felt terrible but didn’t even leave a tip. Shecalled me back and told me to sign and asked if I left the tip on the table. I said yup and walked away. Needless to say Iwouldn’t go back there. Read more

If I could give there service a negative star I would. They were awful food was late. Asian people that came in after us got... there food before we did. We were only non asians in restaurant They gave half our appetizer order to another Table. Then servedour entrees at different times and without the white rice I specifically ordered. The worst service I have seen in a long time.Maybe they weren't racist but it looked like it. Maybe they sucked that bad. Either way I definitely would advise eatingsomewhere else Read more

My family love to dine in this original triple crown since 1994. They open til 2 am but 11 pm on Sunday. I like to eat authentic... Chinese at late night. Most business owners come here after they close their stores or restaurant. Foods are fresh, hot anddelicious. We order stir fry garlic pea pod, fry shrimp, crispy quail, beef with bitter melon, come with white rice andsoup. Service is good too. I recommend you to come here and enjoy. Read more

I went there for lunch on a weekday. Not busy. The price was a little higher than the average restaurants in Chinatown, but... their service was quick and all dishes were very tasty. If you are looking for real Cantonese style food, I’d highly recommendthis restaurant. Read more
