We've been having nothing but problems with our online orders in past few months, I ordered for delivery with extra cheese and... tomato sauce on our deep dish pizza and when we get pizza no extra cheese and tomato sauce. I've called to complain to themanager that when I add extra ingredients online and when I receive my pizza from delivery guy it does not any extras just theregular amount of cheese and tomato sauce which I paid online for the extras. The manager told me their classics all ready haveextras which is a lie because I've ordered before and had no problems months ago. Then the manager told me to call in the orderwhich I did driving home to Portage Park from Highland Park. We ordered by phone call at 6:15pm and they told us pizza should beready by 7:00pm my tired wife and I waited once we got there 6:50pm and we waited till about 7:40pm that the customer who camein after us was very upset and wanted his refund specially watching customer getting their orders before us and leaving my wifeand I been waiting for a long time and my tired wife and were pretty upset watching these customers come and go with theirorders that the customer who came after us got a refund and his free pizza and we didn't. I was told to order by phone from andmanager a month ago and I did and still had problems. I don't know if it's under new management or what that my wife doesn'twant to order from this location again which is the closest to us in Portage Park. Read more

Slow - even though we ordered ahead online we waited 20 min after the time they said to get out pizza. At least this Chicago... pizza was way to heavy for my family. Everyone but me hated it. I tolerated it. Read more

Excellent service, deep dish butter crust is the bomb and Lous salad was delicious as always. The only complaint that I have... is for upper management. If your customers are buying a Lous salad that requires more than one dressing please do not charge forthe additional dressing. Even portillos gives an extra one. That is not right when I'm paying $67.00 for our dinner (hadpurchased a couple of sodas and cookies) that was with me picking up the order. So please why the extra .80 cents, that sticksin my mind, why? It isn't necessary it's not like I'm not spending money with you all. Read more

I ordered a pizza and boneless wings through Uber Eats. The boneless wings were dry. My order was supposed to arrive between... 6:55pm and 7:15pm. I had to call several times to inquire about my order. It wasn?t even the delivery guys fault. I am totallydisappointed! Lou Malnati?s is completely overrated. I love Lou Malnati?s pizza- the crust is the best in the city!! The Chicago Classic deep dish with its unique sausage and... tomatoes on top is one of my favorite pizzas in the city!! This particular location was very good but not the best I?ve everhad. They give extras like red pepper flakes and real Parmesan cheese (comes cold from the fridge!).
