They are alright...I recommend you go in to their restaurant to get your food, that way you can make sure it is prepared... properly. If you get it delivered, you will be disappointed. Read more
This restaurant as many others accept EBT purchases. Why are they charging ppl and extra 2.22 for a cooking fee. No other EBT... accepted restaurant is charging this fee. Read more
This was my first time trying them and it was worth it. Everything was super fresh and very very good. I ordered the rip tip... meal with fries. They give you a even amount of both ribs and fries. It was delicious. I will definitely be ordering again Read more
I ordered a Salad and wings from Nick's and it turned into the worse customer service interaction I've ever had. Here's how it... went. Before I made my order via Uber Eats I called Nick's to verify that I could in fact order hotwings fried without flourdue to my gluten intolerance. They confirmed that I could order fourless wings, so I placed the order via Uber eats with thespecifications in the notes. When I recieved my order the salad was fine, But the wings were breaded. No biggie right? I'm surethe restaurant will accommodate me...WRONG. I called them back and whoever I spoke to told me the manager wasn't in but would beback in 5mins. I called back and was told that the manager was now there, but they couldn't find them.... Eventually theemployee on the phone told me to just come up there...so I did... once there, I was met by a middle aged woman with rottingbottom teeth and a singular tooth at the top that she strategically covered with her top lip due to an obvious insecurity...Icalmly and respectfully explained to her what happed, but she did not care....She cut me off every chance she got and told meall I wanted was free chicken wings. She says, "if you had a problem with the chicken, where's the chicken at..how can weexchange chicken that we don't have...she continuously got loud with me and cut me off, while pointed to a policy sign that Icouldn't have ever seen, given that I ordered from uber eats. We had a highly disrespectful 15min exchange that left me baffled,so much so that I thought I was at the wrong restaurant. I left empty handed being accused of just wanting free food. So while in Chi Town I asked for the food spot and the cousins insisted I eat here???? and all I can say is this place is lotto... for the foodie!!!! All I can say is " This place is Boys town for the gay baby, Deer country for the hunter and a heavenly firstmeal to the newly released detainee!!! Read more
