If you like grilled chicken this place is for you! After a recent trip to the UK where we discovered Nandos and fell in love,... we were sad to learn there were only a few locations in the US and none even remotely close to the area we live. All of thatsaid, when planning a trip to Chicago I saw Nandos on the map and made absolutely sure to include a lunch trip there. Thebutterfly chicken is absolutely delicious. They leave just a little bit of skin on one side and when grilled up, the flavor itcreates is just insane. Combine any of the sauces and it?s a true chicken delicacy. I prefer the hot sauce, but I can attest tothe fact that the medium and Lemon & Herb sauces are fantastic too. You can even go sauceless - it?s that good! During ourvisit the staff was overly courteous and helpful and the location was clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoy thedecorating and decor at all of the Nandos locations we have visited. Chicken is juicy but fries were over cooked. Regardless, sometimes you?re in the mood for some cheeky Nando?s.

Called in my order for half of chicken grilled only no sauce, requested that the chicken not be burnt. Unfortunately that is... exactly what happened. I haven?t been to this store in a while but I was very unhappy about the food especially because the foodis not cheap. Read more
I went to the 670 W. Diversey Parkway Nandos location in Chicago. I was able to try their new Pulled Chicken, Feta & Avocado... Bowl along with a soft drink. the bowl consists of: chilled Peri-Peri pulled chicken served over Portuguese rice with fetacheese, avocado, and semi-dried tomatoes. The bowl has generous portions of Portuguese rice (delicious, by the way) and pulledchicken, the avocado and the semi-dried tomatoes (I really liked the tomatoes too) complimented the rice and chicken. The bowlwas well balanced, and the flavours combined to make a delicious meal that I could not complete in one sitting. It truly is acomplete meal in a bowl! My only disappointment was that the rice was also served cold, I prefer my rice to be warm. Theemployees were friendly and, all were wearing masks. I really liked the way this location is decorated with colorful paintingsand Nando's slogans on the walls. There are lots of tables and booths for seating and I just had to sit in one of the swingingchairs that are at the tables in front of the window. It was fun! The floor however, was very greasy and slippery. This needsto be cleaned. I normally get the Nando's Peri-Peri 1/4 chicken, but I liked my bowl so much that I think that one of Nando'sPeri-Peri bowls will be my go to meal to order from now on! Read more
Nando?s is half the reason I come to Chicago. The whole experience top to bottom is on point and amazing. The flavors of the... Portuguese chicken and South African sauce hit so perfectly and the side dishes like the red skinned potato mash and Brusselssprouts compliment it well. The Bird?s Eye Chili they use in the spice marinade and in the sauces release serotonin which makesyou feel bliss and happiness. The servers are really fantastic as well, especially Don who?s looked after us a few times eatinghere on this trip. Seriously one of the best restaurants for experience, flavor and vibe (music is on point for the experienceand the right volume). Go here!!! Read more
