Placed a mobile order at 11:51 that said it would be ready by 12:12. Showed up at 12:24 and they said it would still be another... 5-10 minutes. Then waited in the store for several minutes waiting for the order, and all the while it I had just waited in lineI would have gotten the food several minutes faster. An extremely questionable order prioritization process as they waited untilthere was no one in line to even start my order I had place 40 minutes prior. It?s now 12:31, 19 minutes past the original orderestimated completion time and I?m still standing with no food Read more

Decent place for a fast and fresh tasting lunch. Portion is a little small for the price ($11 for a bowl) but pretty tasty and... customizable. Read more

One of the best falafel places we've eaten so far.. This branch was a little too crowded and everyone was hush hush when we... went, but they still have us very good service and we were more than thankful to them for all their hospitality ?????????? Read more

We went to the downtown location of Naf Naf for a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The portions are fair, as are the... prices for fresh ingredients. I appreciate that it is fast food, but doesn?t feel like fast food (read: heavy, fried, starchy). The hubs and I shared a pick 2 plate with Chicken Shawarma and falafel. We loved the pickled red cabbage (so good!),the fresh salad, and flavorful rice. Both the falafel and chicken were good as well. It actually reminded me of the late nightshawarma and chip places in Europe, with flavors that blended well and were a perfect topping to their super airy and lightpita! And the garlic sauce - mannnnnn!! It has a rich sour cream tasting base, and is creamy and delicious with all thefood. We also shared a steak shawarma bowl. Next time we?ll skip the steak. The flavors tasted more Latin than middle eastern, which was a turn off, cuz it didn?t really mesh well with the other food. The bowl with just the veggies, couscous, and garlicsauce would probably have been better. Read more

TERRIBLE FOOD!!! I wish there was a zero star option. The food wasn?t fresh at all. I got a chicken shawarma rice bowl. The rice... was hard and kept getting stuck in my teeth. The chicken was not fresh at all; it was hard. They had loud music on and I had toshout in order for the guy to hear me. -2/10, do NOT recommend! Please save your money! Read more
