I've only had one experience here and it's been absolutely fantastic. The manager - Dave, went above and beyond to help us on... our order. We needed to place a last minute order from out of state to be delivered to our friend near this Mrs. Field'slocation in Chicago. Dave was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. He even wrote out a separate cardwith the custom message we gave him for our friend's occasion, and had this custom cookie cake made and delivered on time--allwithin two hours. Even the DoorDash delivery personnel they partner with are extremely helpful and polite. Overall 10/10experience - if we're ever in town, we'll be sure to stop in for some fresh cookies. Thank you! I tried my hardest to leave a review on the actual website but I just couldn't figure it out. Kenya i believe her name is, was... such a sweetheart and made the cookies nice and fresh for me. Outrageously fantastic! Manager went out of his way to do a custom cookie cake for a client last minute for us free hand and... nailed it! I looked like a hero and can't thank him enough. I ordered a cookie online to be picked up on a Saturday. When I got to the location, it wasn't ready. I was in a hurry and... couldn't wait for another one to be made so I got a refund and left. While heading home, I got a call from the owner who offereda solution to the problem and they would have one ready but in a larger size that they had already made. I rushed back to thestore and waited a couple of minutes while the icing was put on and was on my way home quickly. 5 stars because the girl, Lilly,took the initiative to call the owner to find a solution, they got me something to take home quickly, and, it turns out I orderfor pick up the next Saturday and it was all my fault. I'm really thankful for them getting me a cake even though it turned outto be my fault. Read more

What a difference a review made just a few months ago I went ahead and I gave them one star reveaw because of the situation that... occurred but I try to be very fair and after a few months I decided I'm going to give you guys another chance and I have to saygreat job. I was very happy with the customer service and I'm very pleased that you guys were able to filled my ordercompletely in fact the staff made me laugh a little bit.
