I've only had one experience here and it's been absolutely fantastic. The manager - Dave, went above and beyond to help us on... our order. We needed to place a last minute order from out of state to be delivered to our friend near this Mrs. Field'slocation in Chicago. Dave was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. He even wrote out a separate cardwith the custom message we gave him for our friend's occasion, and had this custom cookie cake made and delivered on time--allwithin two hours. Even the DoorDash delivery personnel they partner with are extremely helpful and polite. Overall 10/10experience - if we're ever in town, we'll be sure to stop in for some fresh cookies. Thank you! I tried my hardest to leave a review on the actual website but I just couldn't figure it out. Kenya i believe her name is, was... such a sweetheart and made the cookies nice and fresh for me.
