Gave me the incorrect order. The order I paid for was more expensive/ bigger than the one I received. I?m 7 months pregnant and... was craving loaded fries and a burger so bad and I didn?t get any fries :( I ordered through the Mr. Beast App and There is nonumber to call in the app. I called the number attached To my email and waited about 10 minutes to speak to someone and when Iexplained what happened the man hung up on me!! So there is no way to right this wrong other than to spend MORE money on anotherorder and pray that this time they get it correct. Very disappointed and unfortunately will never order again. The burger patty was super tiny on a regular sized bun. Very disappointing since the few bites with meat were actually really... good. The fries were on point but I'll never eat here again. Read more
Just reading the reviews is really sad. If there are so many complaints, perhaps Mr Beast should choose a different kitchen to... cook his food, as this one likely doesn't care too much. Though I suppose that's the problem with ghost kitchens. Read more
