Had a great time at the bar chatting with the bartenders as we observed their drink-making-skills. As a gin lover, I had the... purple rain and the tipsy gardener. Both were smooth, balanced, aesthetically pleasing drinks. However, Tipsy Gardner had a moremellow flavor that did not saturate the pallet as fast. Since it's opening I have not had a bad experience at this establishment. The food is amazing, the drinks are better. My wife... even decided to have her bridal party here and this place has not been open that long goes to show how Monnie's is becoming afan favorite of mine. From entering in to leaving I feel every customer is being cared for and all the meals have a uniquenessto it. I can't stop complimenting here. Read more

I ordered the Amish Chicken Breast and an Old Fashioned; my friend ordered a cheeseburger and the Purple Rain cocktail. I was... very happy with my meal; the chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the drink was excellent. My friend enjoyed her foodand drink as well.
