Very professional and classy! 10/10! Absoslutely HORRID. Do not come here if you areactually hoping to sing karaoke. The only people who get to sing are regulars or those who bribe the people who run the karaokewith $20-$50 or more. I?ve been here numerous times and have never had the opportunity to sing a single song. My friends and Iwaited approximately two hours for our one song to be called. We told the karaoke people both the name of the song and theartist. When it came time for our turn, they played the wrong song and then proceeded to berate us when we tried to provide themwith a different song for us to sing. Truly unprofessional behavior. The bouncer was the rudest individuals I have ever come across. We did not engage with him as he was obviously looking for a... confrontation. We simply just left and spent our money elsewhere. Tip to owners? have a silent shopper try to go to your venueand address the issue . Read more

This place was cute, but they have restrictions on music you can request at the juke box to ?match the vibe? which was... essentially dry. We went when it was super busy so I understand service won?t be the best but it took almost 30 mins to close mytab when they kept it open and I wanted it closed. Very small karaoke space but the food and drinks are good, lighting is cute. Read more

Both the food and the service was amazing. I wish the drinks were a bit more interesting (Not complicated, but also not... overwhelming), but they were decent. Good spot for a quick drink before a show or a movie. Read more

I wanted to write this review, because me and a group of my friends decided to visit this place to drink and do karaoke. After... walking in, my friends wanted to get on the list to sing first before doing anything else, and we were told by the bouncer thatwe would have to buy a drink. I have no problem with this since that is apart of the plan. When my group decided to go ahead andfigure out what we wanted to order the bouncer came over and said that we needed to hurry and order or else get kicked out. Wewere in there for less than two to three minutes. I don?t know if they don?t believe a group of black and Latino people willspend money, but telling someone that they have to immediately buy a drink without looking at what they want is ridiculous.Especially when white people were not told to immediately buy nor constantly harassed. To anyone who reads these reviews to seeif a place is good to attend I advise you take your business someplace else. This business obviously doesn?t know what customerservice is especially when you read their replies to bad reviews. A lovely and cozy space with live music in one room and karaoke in another room! There are two bars and one in each room, which... is amazing! The bartenders are very cool and friendly. The vibe is awesome! In fact this was the very first place we visited inChicago and we had such a great time! Drinks are good and strong! Reasonable prices and good service!
