Ventured out of Evanston because we heard some rave reviews about this place. Phenomenal. When you order online you can say in... the notes that you want to dine in and specify the time you're gonna come. (It's a total BYOB dive with a cool outdoor seatingoption.) WOW! THE BEST PIZZA we’ve ever had in Chicago….Every single bite was packed with flavors and you could just see, smell and... taste the freshness. All the ingredients were distributed evenly so the flavors were balanced. The crust is HEAVENLY delicious!If you want this delicious pizza you must order it ahead of time because they only make certain amount of pizza per day (inanother word everything is fresh and sold daily!) Tried Milly’s for the first time today. Delicious and terrific attention to detail. Bread was nice and airy for being so thick... that I didn’t feel like I overate when I had my two slices. Toppings were excellent all around. Nothing dominated so you cantaste the sauce, ricotta, sausage and spinach. Will order again Read more
I was really surprised after seeing and reading all the hype around this place. I wanted to love this place. It’s pretty... standard pan pizza dough, bread flour, the crumb was nothing special. Good toppings, combos, which makes the pizza. Butoverall, your average pan pie. Read more

So..at first I was having doubts about this place because it was dark out and I couldn't find the place. Finally I noticed a... small sign with Milly's printed on it and the building looks like an old factory. Once I realized I had the right placeeverything went smoothly. Promptly got my food and wow o wow. This pizza not only looked amazing but it tasted incredible. Soofresh and flavorful. Definitely one of the better pizzas I've had. Read more
Milly’s may very well make the most aesthetically pleasing pan pizzas in the city (or anywhere?). The best part is they taste... just as good as they look. I ordered a make-your-own with sausage, mini peppers, and spinach. The crust somehow holds up to,what would seem like, a lot of weight. At the same time it’s not super heavy so you don’t feel terrible after eating acouple of slices (if you eat 3/4 of a 14” like I did though… maybe a different story). The cost is probably a contentiouspoint for some, but I really think it’s fairly priced. You can really see/taste the effort and care that goes into making eachpizza and I can’t wait to go back.
