Outstanding food and service. This was our first visit to Chicago and we went to Francesca's on Chestnut..best decision we... made. We were so impressed with the food and service we actually went there for a second time during our 4 day stay. Jorge ourserver went above beyond, great Customer Service !! and we even stopped to speak with the Manager to let him know how impressedwe were. One of the best Italian restaurants in Chicago Magnificent Mile - their service is superb and food is so tasty. Their shrimp... pasta is sooo delicious that makes you not to stop eating. I very much recommend to try it. One comment; for any businessmeeting at night, I wouldn't suggest this place - very crowded and relatively noisy. Read more
Jorge our waiter was amazing! He was very friendly, courteous and on top of everything. He manage the service of our food well.... The food was delicious. The calamari we order was lightly battered and fried to perfection. The risotto was delicious and aperfect complement to our food. I recommend this place. Read more
