Love the food the chicken is amazing but the girl who is a cashier always asking you if your going to tip her! I find that so... unprofessional I mean she is just a cashier why does she think it?s ok to ask customers for tip! I had gone there a lot of timesand she always ask are u leaving tip she seriously makes me feel uncomfortable. Horrible service. My family just called twice to place an order and the person was so rude, kept cutting my family member off... and them hung up on them both times. We will never patronize them again and keep our business with Palenque who has always givenus impeccable service. Read more

I love this place. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They prepare the food in front of you. My favorite items are... the chicken or steak bowls. There's always a few people dining in and other customers arriving when I go to pick up my order.BTW my order is either ready or I wait nor more than a few minutes before it is ready. Wow what a fantastic place it has everything you would want to make you feel like your at abuelita?s home for dinner.
