Amazing dinner. We had the more elaborate tasting menu, some wine, and their delicious gin and tonic. Worth every penny!!
We had the chef tasting menu that was a decent food, but the server that worked there since 2009 was terrible. He was also... wearing a pin that said "I don't want to strike, but i will if i have to". Not sure why that was needed for customers to see,but that sort of set his attitude with serving us. I recommend the gin and tonic, but i wish I had ordered 2 because we neversaw our waiter again until it was time for the check. He stared at us from atop the food line, and we even made eye contact.Nothing. The person cleaning our dishes was kind and funny which is why I gave this place 2 stars instead of one because of thebus boy. Read more
My wife and I visited for the first time and were very disappointed. The grilled asparagus and the sauteed mushrooms were good,... but the patatas bravas, the gambas al ajillo, and the seafood paella were awful. Prices were par for the location, which isexpensive, making the overall experience very disappointing. Read more
While I’ve always enjoyed the very tasty food and small plates, the service continues to be extremely disappointing and this... most recent visit was no exception. I highly recommend the garlic shrimp in the house potatoes if you choose to visit.Understand If you’re looking for top-notch service this is not the place to go. Stopped in for dinner with my coworkers a few nights ago. We did the Traditional Tasting Menu at the recommendation of our... waiter. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. Best customer service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We alsohad the Aeros De Moriscos Paella’s. The best paella’s I’ve had. The tasting menu was great. The food comes out staggeredat the perfect time. It was a fun experience. The bacon wrapped dates were awesome. The Bavette was fantastic. The salsa bravaand garlic aioli with chili oil on the Patatas Beavas was delicious. The meal was very filling and everything wasdelicious. The servers replaced our plates multiple times to make the experience better. Foodies would love this place. Iwould do this again if I get back to Chicago. Read more

The bar tender when we first got here was terrible... He didn't greet us, he didn't introduce him self, he plopped down a drink... menu and moved along. When I asked for drink recommendations he said, "How about Gin and tonic?" When I said I was looking forsomething like a signature drink, he said it is. He was fast and the drinks were good but he was lacking any personality andengagement what so ever. I am not kidding when I say he said no more than 10 words in the hour we sat at the bar waiting for atable drinking almost $100 dollars in drinks. Now the waiter was phenomenal! Great knowledge of the food and helped with ourtable of 3's decisions. We had the Octopus, Calamari, Sardines, Bacalao, Bacon wrapped figs, Short rib ravioli, wine and desert.I did find a pea sized piece or foil in one dish, but being culinarian's we understood these things happen and didn't demand adiscount. They sent out a free Tapas and a round of desert ????! Half the food was phenomenal the other I thought was missingsome salt, and the beef short rib ravioli was flat... Needed acid and salt. All in all, I would go here again if I had the samewaiter but would substitute some other dishes in. Read more
What a wonderful restaurant! Yes, definitely pricey, but for the feast they laid out it was worth it. The only things I didn't... like were the tuna (bland, though the crackers were a very good fit) and cheesecake (so overbaked!). Service quality wasadequate. Read more
