Fast food works don't deserve $15 an hour of they can't get an order correct with none else in line. McDonalds needs to train... their employees better. There is no way I am the only person to experience getting the wrong order, but when the receipt iscorrect and you have a limited amount of drinks it shouldn't be that hard to get things done correctly. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the register to take our order and another 25 minutes to get our food. A couple... of weeks ago I found someone gum in my hamburger wrapper. They did give me another burger. I could have made a big deal aboutit, but I didn't. So I guess this is how McDonald's treat their good customers for letting them off the hook. They have beenrude, so I have no plans on patronizing this McDonald's any longer. I think I overlooked them way beyond what most peoplewould.they totally ignore their customers and most business's wouldn't tolerate this kind of behavior. Just wanted to let youknow what's going on. Thank you for your time. A former customer. P.S. I eat at McDonald's at least 3 times a week. Themajority of time they don't have change, so I am out some money. This place is a joke. We placed a big order from work with McDonalds at 727 Ave of the Cities in East Moline IL . on 9-29-22. I ordered a biscuit... (sausage cheese biscuit no fold) like the picture shows below. and when I received the order on the the biscuit there wassausage egg and no cheese. I called the restaurant asking to speak to the manager the lady that answered the phone told me tocall back in 10 minutes because they are very busy. I told her I would like to wait because I was a very unhappy customer. shelaid the phone down and I waited 1 hour and 5 minutes she still didn't pick up the phone. I could hear every conversation theywere having. I finally hung up and called corporate. This is so frustrating, because this wasn't the first time this happened.I tried calling them today because again we placed an order and now the phone says not excepting calls at this time. There's a big difference in McDonald's leadership today and the standards that were enforced when I worked there. Your lack of... company standards and inspections dramatically shows. The store I use to.work in was well taken care of and was always beinginspected by cooperate Management. Please bring these standards back and enforce them like before. It is really sad to see what has happened to Mc Donald's. The McDonalds in Bridgman, MI, Stevensville, MI, New Buffalo, MI and... Berrien Springs , MI. All are filthy to the point that we cannot believe the board of health has not been called in to shutthem down. The service is absolutely horrible, slow, inaccurate, unprofessional. If you dare to complain all you get areexcuses and attitude. Corporate really needs to get involved, start auditing these locations and holding the franchise ownersaccountable. We have stopped using McDonalds in SW Michigan. We are locals and just cannot tolerate the dirty conditions andpoor service any longer. COVID is no longer an excuse. DQ, Culver's and other smaller franchises are doing a great job. McDonald's needs to step up! Read more

Me and my family were traveling to Austin Texas and Roundrock TX. We stopped at several of McDonald's locations while there. The... customer service every location was terrible. All orders we received were wrong. A couple of the employees didn't know anythingabout how the app works. We had to repeat our orders in the drive thru several times and they still got orders wrong. It's Superfrustrating and a challenge! Please train your employees to be courteous and attentive. Thank you. Read more
