I went through the d/t i waited like maybe 5 minutes to place my order. It was fine since i saw they had a line but when i got... to the window it was 3 minutes for the gentleman to take my card once again it was fine they where busy. But here is wheneverything goes wrong there was another gentleman with a head set not taking orders le looked like the manager he brought a bagof food and just left it there the other gentleman was still taking orders he wasn't aware that Abad of food was behind him.While the other gentleman was just walking mind you h bad the order as well. He could came to the window and asked me what wasmy order but he didn't. So this time it was literally 10 minutes that I'm at the window seeing everything i paid already. Sowhen the gentleman that was taking orders opens the window he didn't notice that it was still me and was trying to charge me foranother order. I didn't say nothing cause he was working hard. So then he looks at the bad looks inside gives me the bag and hestarted yelling at manager. My food at this time wasn't fresh i was upset that there was no team here. I told my son for thisI'm not coming back. food was cold to salty no napkins and I felt bad for the gentleman. So yeah they lost a customer... Don'trecommend it. Read more
This McD's was HORRIBLE!!!! The manager was on her phone hollering and talking loud and so was the ONE cashier. Too busy... flirting and giving away free food that the line was almost out the door. The security guard was cursing like a sailor with theyoung boys the cashier was flirting with...it was just all wrong. 30 minutes later I got my food. At least it was hot. Read more
Been here almost everyday for the last 3 weeks. They never have Frappes, ever. It's the only reason I come to McDonald's. At... this point, just take it off the menu. I've even started coming not intending on buying anything, just seeing if they havefrappes, and they never do. I'll then go to the McDonald's up the street to see if they have them, and they never do either. 2stars because security is always a pleasure, otherwise it would be a 1 star because they never have the only item on the menuthat I care to purchase. Just take it off the menu. Please. Please just discontinue them so I won't expect to be able to get onewhen I get off of work and waste gas just to go to the one all the way on 65th and Stony Island. Today was the first time ever I was greeted and got a thank you from this McDonald?s. The young lady Mariah was very pleasant... and had great customer service skills. Maybe she should teach it to the rest of the employees. I was shocked because I usuallyget my money taken or food handed to me and the window shut immediately after. Kudos to you Mariah! Read more
Aside from the overgrown landscaping and obvious exterior cosmetic work needed, the staff had a pleasant demeanor and were... courteous. The fries were not fresh and crispy but the other items were consumed. Read more
Right next to the Dan Ryan express way and CTA redline, this one of the better locations. Food is always fresh, the cashier... makes sure the order is correct and they will go above and beyond in certain situations. We mobile ordered a happy meal for ourdaughter via McD App. 6 pc nuggets, fries, apple slice and chocolate milk. Order paid we pulled up to receive the order and thedrive thru attendant told us that they were outta chocolate milk BUT She used the milk and chocolate syrup from the cafe area tomake it. Applause applause applause. I appreciated that. If told we would have changed it. But she went that extra inch to makeit happen. Very nice young lady. Read more
