I waited 10 minutes for my order! On top of that I can SEE everything happening behind the counter. A lady brought her burger... back because it was wrong. They put the burger off to the side. When I asked where my mcdouble with mac sauce was they proceededto take the burger that was wrong send it back to the back and add mac sauce to it. Turned around and lied and said they threwthat ladies burger in the garbage! BUT THEY GAVE ME HERS!!I CAN SEE YOU!!!I've never been to this mcdonalds and I won't be back!That is disgusting!! There?s another place about a mile away?. Save yourself the frustration and just skip this location. Unorganized staff walking... in and out smelling like weed and talking with people outside. I waited 15 minutes to get coffee ? and yes, it was cold eventhough I ordered a hot coffee. A hot coffee that went cold waiting in staff to figure out it. One person wasn?t even sure ifthey had coffee at that location (how???) No one seems to care about the gang of kids and bums loitering outside the door. Horrible I should?ve known not to stop here this morning due to the drive thru line being completely empty. I ordered what was... suppose to be a Carmel flavored hot coffee it was horrible. In my ice coffee,everytime I go they have some sortive issue going on or something. I?ve been making Mobile orders so they know... I?m coming and it?s faster since it?s so slow here. they took my coffee off somewhere with the lid off and I found that weird.It was also overly full. i sucked this up and idk if Im paranoid but I always get coffees here and this never happened beforeand they never walk off with it and I can see the person making it. They need to get it under control, idk if it?s a staff orwhat but come on they seem mad at you when all you want is whatever food you want to order and it?s the only one near me beforeI go where I need to go. I had stopped eating at McDonald's for about two years. However, I wanted to grab a quick bite before going shopping with my... sister... To my surprise everything was on point. This is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. What?s worse is they don?t even tell you they only have 3 people working before... you order. I went thru the drive thru and was asked to pull into the stall they would bring my food out, that was at 9:45am Ididn?t get my egg McMuffins until 10:30am!!!! I tried going into the lobby and the doors were locked. I watched a handful ofcars get there orders and go not sure why their signature breakfast item took so long but I will never patronize thisestablishment again. Read more
