The worst McDonalds. Yelling at customers to use the kiosk ?thats what its for, you don?t have to stand in line.? There was a... bit of a wait to get your food, which is fine but my food wasn?t even hot. The hash brown wasn?t drained of grease long enoughand was stuck to the wrapper, so basically I couldn?t really eat it. They were also out of ketchup because ?they are very busy.?Its 7am and you?re out of ketchup? Yea this McDonald?s is too expensive to be this bad. Wish I could give no stars. Read more

Walked up to the counter at 9:30 PM to see if I could snag a single cup of coffee. Without so much as a greeting between either... of us, I was only met with a ?we?re closed!? as I walked towards the counter. Hope that clerks day got better than what sheportrayed. Hours listed online have it open 24 hours but maybe someone should update that. Poor franchise and poor attitude.Skip this one. *Edit: Took a look at other reviews and my experience was on par with others from this location. Due to bad weather, we missed a connecting flight and spent the night in the airport. Thankfully this McDonald's was open. Even... though there was a continuous line of 40+ travelers, the 2 people I saw running the entire facility (one up front taking orders,serving drinks, cooking the french fries and bagging everything) were fast, efficient and patient. I was very impressed with howwell they were working the very long line. I hope this situation wasn't a daily occurrence for them but it was great to knowthat there wasn't any more they could've done than what they were already doing. Read more

I would give it zero stars if could. Had to wait so long for a bunch of people who moved with no sense of urgency! Airport... worker attitude at its finest! Lastly and most importantly, this location doesn?t support the app so you can?t earn points,airport doing what the airport does! It reads open 24 hours. It was 9:50 pm. I had delays I don?t get to Green Bay till midnight. I couldn?t get dinner in Houston... because my flight was delayed then only had 15 minutes to get to my departing gate. My sugar runs very low when I don?t eat. Iwent to this McDonals the Hispanic guy was willing to make me something because I told him I will not be able to eat tillmidnight so he asked the manager a young African American girl, she said, No we are NOT going to make her anything we are closeand if we make her we will have to make everyone else!!! Mind you my sugar was in the low side like 45 lucky I found a vendingmachine and drank an apple juice. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO ANOTHER McDonald!! Read more

If I could give it a negative star rating I would. Worst McDonald's I've eaten at. Waited almost 10 mins for a cold... burger(cheese isn't even melted), fries, and a drink that had no carbonation and low on syrup.
